SAFA Fulfillment & Distribution
by SAFA Großhandel
1. Scope
These terms apply to all contracts for fulfillment, warehousing, and distribution services between SAFA Großhandel and business customers under § 14 BGB.
2. Services
SAFA provides warehousing, order picking, shipping, returns processing, and optional wholesale/marketing support. The scope of services is defined in the individual offer.
3. Contract conclusion
A contract is concluded either by written confirmation or commencement of service by SAFA.
4. Prices & payment terms
All prices are net, plus VAT. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date without deduction.
5. Liability
SAFA is only liable for intent or gross negligence. Liability is limited to the value of the specific order.
6. Data protection
Data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
7. Jurisdiction
Jurisdiction is Gelsenkirchen, Germany. German law applies.
